Board‑passed.
Now placed.

LucaBase is the register for Philippine CPAs. Upload your PRC license, port your board-exam scores, and see roles matched on what you're actually strong at — FAR, MAS, tax, audit — not keywords scraped from a résumé.

02The method

Matched on strengths, not keywords.

No other PH hiring platform scores CPAs by board-exam subject. We do, because that's what predicts fit.

Every CPA on LucaBase has six numbers — their scores on the six CPALE subjects. Every role has a weighted profile of which subjects matter most.

A senior tax role weights TAX and RFBT heavily. A controller role weights MAS and AFAR. A Big-4 audit track weights AUD and FAR. Matching is a dot product, not a string search.

The result: a match score between 0 and 1, with the reason spelled out as a one-line why-chip on every role card.

A CPA's strengths are a public record.
We're the first register that reads it.
  1. 01PRC + board dataported from cpareview.ph or entered once, verified against public PRC records.
  2. 02Specialization & experience vectorbuilt from your résumé and skills taxonomy (1,536-dim embedding).
  3. 03Role-weighted scorecomputed per role — not a single global fit score.
  4. 04Why-chipsurfaces the top 2 signals behind each match so you can trust the ranking.
03Market pulse

The register, in three numbers.

Refreshed hourly. What you see here is what's actually on the platform — not a pitch-deck estimate.

04Verification

Credentialed, not claimed.

Every entry on the register has a paper trail. Employers see it. Rival hires don't.
Admin-verified

A badge an intern can't forge.

A LucaBase admin reviews every PRC license submission against the public PRC CPA roster, confirms the board-year cohort, and stamps the profile. Until that stamp, the entry is visible to you — not to employers.

BOA Res. 30, s. 2022

Aligned with the resolution that governs the profession.

The subject structure we match against (FAR, AFAR, MAS, AUD, TAX, RFBT) is the six-subject CPALE format promulgated by the Board of Accountancy. We don't invent our own taxonomy.

Subject-level scores

Six numbers, not one.

A general average of 75 tells an employer nothing about whether you can run a tax engagement. The six CPALE subject scores do — so we show them, with your permission, on every entry.

06FAQ

Four honest questions.

A full FAQ page is coming soon — until then, ask us anything via the support email.
01I just passed the CPALE. Do I need experience before joining?+
No. LucaBase was built for the moment after the board, not five years after. Fresh passers get a "new CPA" badge on their entry for 90 days, and employers filter for it — many junior roles specifically want recent passers with strong subject scores.
02Who sees my PRC number and my board scores?+
Nobody, until you say so. Your PRC number is verified by a LucaBase admin and then stored — it's never shown on your public entry. Your board scores by subject are off by default; you opt them in when you're comfortable. Employers see only what you publish.
03What makes this different from a generic job board?+
Two things. One: every candidate is a verified CPA — no sifting through résumés that claim qualifications they don't have. Two: roles are scored against your six CPALE subjects, not your résumé keywords. A job that weights TAX + RFBT will rank a strong-in-tax CPA above a generalist, even if the generalist has more years.
04What does it cost?+
For CPAs, nothing. Creating an entry, seeing matches, and applying to roles is free and stays free. Employers pay a flat monthly subscription for posting, match shortlists, and the AI JD generator — details here.
